The Seeds Images Database is composed of 339 images from 13 different seeds species. The database was built using a Samsung T-65 model with a resolution of 1024 × 768. The resulting images (color) and the sub-images (grayscale) are then saved in JPG format. The figure below provides some samples of the database.
How to obtain access to the images
The Seeds Images Database may be used for non-commercial research provided you acknowledge the source of the image by citing the following paper in publications about your research: in press
Before you can download the database we ask you to register by sending us an email (vri AT inf.ufpr.br, with CC to luizlab AT gmail.com) so we are aware of who is using our data. Please include in your email your Last name, First name, Organization and email. Once you have registered you will receive a link to download the database.
